Alligator Gumbo
Went to New Orleans last week on business and had one of my all time favorite dishes - alligator gumbo. It doesn't taste like chicken, but it does taste like sausage. By the way, that was my third visit to Bourbon Street. What a dump. It makes downtown Troy look clean.

OMG dont tell me that. Kevin wants to actually VACATION there... ugh. Ill have to say no to that... I just dont know what we would do 1. we dont drink 2. and Id like to keep my boobs covered. :O) Glad to hear ya ate some gator!
